In FoxLaser we precisely control each stage of the production cycle.
We start by checking the quality of the raw material. We work with high-quality sheet material from Austria, Germany, Finland, the Czech Republic and Sweden, and when working with the client's materials we comply with all his requirements.
After the first stage of cutting, we check the details for correct and accurate execution with the latest generation 2D scanner.
During the entire production process – from laser cutting and punching, through sheet bending and powder coating, our technologists personally make 10-fold measurements for the accurate execution of parts.
We perform final control with Mitutoyo measuring equipment, templates for checking deviations and with a programmable three-coordinate measuring arm FARO Edge Arm.
In addition, all the information of production process management and output control is archived by specialized software that allows subsequent analysis.
This guarantees both to you and to us an extremely low percentage of incorrect production.
