This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations regarding the behavior of all employees of Fox Laser EOOD and all its divisions towards their colleagues, direct supervisors and the organization as a whole.
We encourage freedom of expression and open communication at all levels. We expect each and every employee of Fox Laser EOOD to follow the principles outlined in this Code of Conduct. Every single employee should avoid insults and participation in open conflicts and disputes and damage the prestige of the workplace. On the contrary, every employee of Fox Laser EOOD must strive that create and maintain a lean, organized work environment in which respect and cooperation at all levels play an important roles.
This Code has been created that achieve three important objectives.
The first is that keep the reputation unsullied and strengthen the name of Fox Laser EOOD.
The second is that take care of maintaining an open, honest and effective working atmosphere by harmonizing the expectations that every employee of the company has towards it.
Last but not least, this Code creates a solid foundation for personnel commitment that the principles of integrity, ethical and responsible behavior.
This Code of Conduct sets out the minimum basic standards of conduct. In addition that complying with the requirements and regulations of the laws in the country, it also follows and complements all internal rules and procedures established in Fox Laser EOOD. Every employee of Fox Laser EOOD must familiarize himself in detail with the rules described in this Code and be aware that non- compliance with them May lead that disciplinary actions by the Employer Fox Laser EOOD, including possible termination of employment legal relations.

Behavior and attitude towards the business partners of Fox Laser LTD
Based on many years of experience, expertise, responsibility and integrity, we at Fox Laser LTD build valuable and longlasting partnerships with our customers and business partners. The standards of conduct, which are mandatory for all the relationships we maintain, are created in a way that follows the mentioned values for the company and commit us to avoid actions that would damage our reputation. We expect our business partners to respect our ethical commitments and adhere to what is stipulated here in this Code.
We fully respect and follow all provisions of the laws in force in the Republic of Bulgaria and the EU. In addition, all employees of Fox Laser Ltd - senior management, middle management, administration and production employees are responsible for compliance with the rules described in this Code of Conduct , as well as for compliance with all internal rules , procedures and orders established at Fox Laser Ltd.
2. Prohibition of corruption and bribery.
Fox Laser LTD declares itself against all forms of corruption in the relations with our business partners and public authorities. Direct or indirect bribes and /or payments to facilitate and / or support any type of action or decision-making in business (so-called active corruption) are prohibited. It is also expressly forbidden for senior management, middle management, administration and production employees at Fox Laser LTD to ask for or to receive for themselves or third parties any form of personal gain and benefits (so-called passive corruption).
3. Gifts, events and other financial benefits.
Corporate events and gift exchanges are acceptable business practices in some states. But any transfer of value in the form of a gift, entertainment, or other financial benefit carries with it the danger of creating dependency and potentially losing a sense of objectivity. To protect their independence, as well as that of the business partner, Fox Laser LTD employees are permitted to offer, make or accept gifts, invitations to lunch or dinner or company events of reasonable value and in accordance with the company’s regulations regarding corruption. Fox Laser LTD does not make donations to obtain a commercial or other economic advantage and /or benefit. All actions related to support, sponsorship and the like are carried out in a transparent manner and include all appropriate communication with the sponsored organizations and / or their causes.
4. Fair market competition
Fox Laser EOOD respects market competition by ensuring compliance with the legislation in this direction. All employees of the company undertake to observe the rules of fair competition in their relationships with any type of contractors and other partners. The conclusion of agreements with competitors, customers and suppliers that would in any way limit prices or the presence of finished goods in any of the markets where Fox Laser LTD sells their produce is not tolerated. All economic decisions related to the business of Fox Laser LTD are made in a transparent and independent manner, and without any exchange of confidential information with competitors.
5. Commercial restrictions / limitations.
Fox Laser LTD operates in foreign markets with global companies with long-standing traditions. In this context, the company complies with the applicable national and international trade and customs legislation regarding possible prohibitions and / or restrictions in the countries with which it operates. Trade restrictions could arise in connection with direct and/or indirect import/export to or from sanctioned countries with a trade embargo.
6. Product safety and quality.
We, as a global manufacturing company, will ensure we produce defect-free and quality products. To secure the safety of our products, we must comply with each country’s relevant laws, regulations, rules, etc. on product safety, quality and reliability, and properly ensure the safety of all of our products. We will not present or advertise any information in any misleading way to our customers, and we will do our very best to prevent accidents and disputes by preparing easy-to-understand specifications, user manuals, etc. If any defect is found in any of our company’s products, we must consider the product user’s safety and interest as the first priority and will promptly take action to minimize negative consequences such as quickly communicating the defect to the product’s users. To respond to society’s and our customers’ expectations, we will ensure that we efficiently produce and supply high-quality products.
7. Data Privacy and Information Security
At Fox Laser LTD, we protect the company’s business interests and confidential information. We exercise caution when discussing confidential topics, and when we share non-public information we strive to keep it limited to recipients authorized for the purpose and bound by a non-disclosure agreement. We are aware that the personal data of both our employees and business partners is an information of a confidential nature, which is why we process it with a high level of care and responsibility. Each senior management, middle management, administrative and/or production employee is responsible within the scope of their work duties to ensure data privacy and to adhere to applicable data protection legislation. We collect and store personal data and inform all interested parties about the reasons why we collect this data. A wide range of technical and organizational measures aimed at ensuring a high level of security and confidentiality of personal data have been taken at Fox Laser EOOD.
8. Prohibition on the distribution of inside information
During the performance of professional duties and responsibilities at Fox Laser EOOD, it is possible that you may become aware of information, details of projects and/or events that are not available in the public space. Each senior management, middle management, administrative and/or production employee undertakes to comply with the rules and regulations prohibiting the use of inside information, therefore its use for personal purposes/ or its unauthorized sharing and disclosure to third parties will be treated as an illegal act and subject to disciplinary punishment. The ban on disseminating inside information applies in all cases, including when recommendations are made to third parties or actions are taken for personal gain through the use of inside information that has become known during work.
9. Loyal and transparent accountability
Financial reporting is carried out in full accordance with established accounting standards and provides a clear picture of all assets, liabilities and results of operations and overall financial status. All records and reports within Fox Laser EOOD and those filed externally must be complete, accurate and carefully prepared. It is absolutely unacceptable to intentionally create a bad reputation by spreading false or malicious information.
10. Conflict of interests
At Fox Laser EOOD, we expect the personal interests (direct or indirect through related parties) of the employees not to interfere or create a conflict with the interests of the company. The interests of Fox Laser EOOD are always a priority. Situations in which an employee receives or promises special treatment based on personal proximity should be avoided at all costs. You must refrain from all relationships with suppliers, customers, competitors and other outside parties that could affect your objectivity and independent, unencumbered judgment in decisionmaking. Conflicts of interest may arise in relation to competitors, partners, contractors, contractors, suppliers of products and services. If a conflict of interest is suspected, it should be reported immediately to the immediate supervisor and follow-up measures should be taken. At Fox Laser EOOD, we strive to demonstrate that the workplace is unencumbered by any form of favoritism of one or other persons and/or their actions.
11. Respect and protection of intellectual property rights.
Fox Laser EOOD considers intellectual property extremely important in its activities. Every professional solution and/or way of providing a service is based on our experience, know-how, design improvements and innovations that we continuously develop, maintain and promote. That’s why we protect our intellectual property and that of our competitors or third parties. We continuously maintain and strictly monitor the protection of the intellectual property of our clients, not only do we NOT provide it to third parties, but we also do not realize the client’s intellectual property for our benefit and profit.
Fox Laser LTD Behavior and attitude towards its employees.
People working at Fox Laser EOOD have different experience, background, character and manner of behavior. We value everyone’s contribution only if there are standards of behavior and respect in which employees interact with each other. Regular conversations, communications, equal opportunities to communicate with colleagues and supervisors, maintaining high health and safety standards, and complying with applicable laws are our foundation for creating a work environment where everyone will feel welcome and comfortable with yourself.
Fox Laser EOOD is committed to providing healthy and safe working conditions to ensure workplace safety. Accidents must be prevented and all detected irregularities and/or lack of safety in the machinery and equipment used and/or workplace must be reported immediately. Every employee of Fox Laser and its subsidiaries must strive to work without personal incidents and accidents.
2. Fair working conditions
Fox Laser LTD provides a peaceful workplace and equal treatment to all its employees. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment in the workplace based on gender, age, race, national origin or religion. These principles apply to all aspects of labor relations and all stages of human resources management - selection, career development, pay, sanctioning or termination.
Fox Laser LTD’s employees’ behavior and attitude within the company.
By virtue of the employment contract concluded with Fox Laser LTD, the Company’ s employees undertake to comply with this Code of Conduct while performing their professional duties and responsibilities, as follows:
1. Compliance with Laws
All employees of Fox Laser LTD undertake to follow the provisions of the existing legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria and the EU. They must comply with all laws related to environmental protection, quality, safety and fair competition. Also, the employees of Fox Laser LTD must observe ethics and be responsible when they have access in their daily work to the company’s finances and products and communicate with its customers, preserving its public image as a trusted partner in the field of metal processing.
2. Protection of the assets of Fox Laser LTD
The use of company assets such as raw materials, semi-finished goods and/or finished products, scrap, office equipment for purposes other than daily professional engagements and the official business of Fox Laser EOOD is expressly prohibited. Deliberate actions that cause financial losses to Fox Laser EOOD, such as theft, fraud, fictitious expenses, absenteeism
without reason or sabotage are considered serious violations leading to disciplinary action by the company.
All employees of the company undertake to treat the company’s property, regardless of whether it is tangible or intangible, with the necessary respect and care of a good owner. This includes:
▶ Using all company equipment with the necessary care and responsibility for its
integrity and not allowing laziness and disinterest in problems that arise
▶ Protection of company property from any material damage and / or forms of
vandalism, namely: carefully following all instructions for working with the relevant
machines and equipment, following work instructions in order to ensure the safety
and trouble-free functioning of the machines and equipment, compliance with fire
safety rules.
▶ Respect for corporate property such as brand, company reports, reports, market
information, etc. and employees must use them only within the framework of the
performance of their official duties and responsibilities.
3. Behavior towards company reputation
Every employee from senior management, middle management, employee in the
administration and / or production is obliged to act on behalf of and protect the interests of Fox Laser EOOD. This means that we look after all of the company’s assets, including premises, equipment, information systems and intellectual property. In addition, we protect the reputation of Fox Laser EOOD by carefully and accurately processing and handling information and data, and we strive to avoid any conflicts of interest. Actions that damage the reputation of Fox Laser EOOD in any way will not be tolerated.
4. Respect in the Workplace.
All employees must treat their colleagues with respect. Discriminatory behavior and
harassment will not be tolerated. All stages in human resources management are based on equal opportunities and fairness - selection, training, performance evaluation in order to improve and maintain healthy interpersonal relations in the teams at Fox Laser LTD.

6. Work Clothing
Fox Laser LTD provides its employees with work clothes and personal protective equipment. All employees who are required to wear work clothes should comply with the rules for this and attend their workplace only with work clothes obtained from Fox Laser LTD and branded with the company’s logo.
7. Corruption
The acceptance of gifts in any form from customers or partners of the company is not tolerated. All forms of bribery and/or seeking and receiving personal benefits from third parties connected in any way with the company are also prohibited
8. Job Duties and Job Hierarchy
Employees at Fox Laser LTD must perform their duties with the necessary responsibility and respect. Senior and middle management employees should not take advantage of the position they hold. We expect them to delegate rights and tasks to their team members, according to their competence and workload. Similarly, we expect all members of the relevant teams to follow the instructions of their supervisors and to carry out their duties with the necessary skill, in a timely manner, accurately and without undue delay. We encourage the sharing and transfer of professional experience and skills among employees in all departments of the company. This includes, but is not limited to, ideas for work process improvements, changing existing practices with better ones, and all kinds of optimizations that would lead to adding even higher value to Fox Laser Ltd.’s business.
9. Absences and Tardiness from Work
All employees are obliged to observe the established working hours in the company.
Exceptions are possible when employees are prevented from attending the established hours or have to be absent. They are obliged to notify their direct supervisor. However, we expect employees to be punctual when arriving and leaving the workplace.
10. Conflict of Interest
Employees must avoid any personal, financial or other interest that could impede or impair their ability or willingness to perform their job duties.
11. Cooperation
Employees should be cooperative and friendly. They should support their colleagues and not try to create a disturbance in the workplace or obstruct the work of their colleagues. This includes, but is not limited to, the following points: not raising your voice, listening to colleagues, not making accusations, not denigrating yourself, not creating unnecessary tension, not transferring duties to colleagues, etc.
12. Communication
All employees at Fox Laser LTD must be open in communication with their colleagues, supervisors and members of individual teams.
13. Acquisitions
Employees at Fox Laser LTD have social benefits, through which the company demonstrates its care for the employee and appreciates the individual contribution of everyone in achieving the company’s goals.
14. Policies and Procedures
All Fox Laser LTD employees must thoroughly familiarize themselves with and follow company policies and procedures. If any questions arise, they should contact their line managers or Human Resources immediately.
15. Disciplinary Actions.
Fox Laser LTD may take disciplinary action against employees who systematically or
deliberately do not comply with the provisions of this Code of Conduct. Disciplinary actions can be of a different nature and include demotion, transfer to another department, reprimand,
freezing the use of benefits for a specified or indefinite time.
In cases of established violations, Fox Laser LTD can also take legal action, especially when it comes to corruption, dissemination of confidential or false information or theft.
